Lady at counter wasn't stoked to seee me but food is good! Prices went way up though since last year.

This is a great, little causal Mexican restaurant. We came while on a short visit to Ojai. The restaurant has inside and outside dining. The service was friendly and prompt. We enjoyed the crispy steak tacos, shrimp tacos, and the chile relleno. We will be back!

The first few times I came here I was underwhelmed until I had their nachos Mexicanos with chorizo. DAMN. Soooo good.

Called in a Chile Relleno burrito, it was ready quick and was nice and hot! Beans and rice were good and the chile relleno was really yummy! I like that it wasn't too spicy, just right. I was surprised it was empty at 7:45 Sat night but they close at 8 so...cute dining atea and ample patio on the side for outside dining. Def would recommend!

It's always a pleasure to visit Don Lalos. I try to get the daily special which gives me a reason to try something new such as Albondigas soup or Tacos de Cabeza. Traditional fare is spot on including tasty and crunchy carnitas. Fresh ingredients. Friendly and prompt service, ample seating, good vibe.

Well I'll let this picture sink in !! Ok this place is great the service was great the food amazing and the fresh flavor of the shrimp definitely coming back for lunch again it's not for from the Ojai hospital and clinics small town vibes just beautiful
